Took honey this morning for her second vaccination. Staff were lovely and the place felt clean and very well kept. Would definitely recommend.
Recently registered here, we have a dog who has undergone trauma from a previous owner. Has three legs and chronic skin conditions. Can't recommend this veterinary surgery enough. Staff are so friendly and they really do make you feel like you are part of the family.
The vets were Brilliant with my cat who is a bit feisty with strangers but the vets and vetanary staff were brilliant with her.
As all ways the lady's at Birchwood are amazing, I have been trying to cut the claws on my partners dog with no luck as she freaks out so I am scared of hurting her. I have been worried that they would have to knock her out while they did it but no they were fantastic and were able to cut them while we held her then Bella loved all the attention afterwards, it's such a relief as I have been worrying about it for awhile.

We were heartbroken to have to put our 14year old dog to sleep. The vet came to us and was so caring and patient with us and gentle to our dog. The vet reassured me that it was the best thing to do. They sent us the most lovely card a day after. Never had such caring service at a vets. Thank you.
