Have been a client for a number of years ,always had wonderful service .Last week had to take my 17 year old Jack Russel Border Collie cross to be put to sleep. The two vets who attended could not have been more caring the surroundings in a purpose furnished room were very comforting .it was hugely distressing and i was in bits .Stan slipped away ,Heartfelt thanks to these lovely people.

Amazing vets practice - professional, friendly and they dont over charge! They are a small, family run business. We discovered them late on and wished we had become customers years ago!

Absolutely amazing staff thank you to Emily who was really lovely very reassuring about my kittens and cat.
Fantastic approach and any questions she was very happy to answer!
Thank you to Maggie also who I spoke to day before and the other receptionist I will defo be coming here again. One happy mum with her babies!!

Recently registered here, we have a dog who has undergone trauma from a previous owner. Has three legs and chronic skin conditions. Can't recommend this veterinary surgery enough. Staff are so friendly and they really do make you feel like you are part of the family.

The vets were Brilliant with my cat who is a bit feisty with strangers but the vets and vetanary staff were brilliant with her.

As all ways the lady's at Birchwood are amazing, I have been trying to cut the claws on my partners dog with no luck as she freaks out so I am scared of hurting her. I have been worried that they would have to knock her out while they did it but no they were fantastic and were able to cut them while we held her then Bella loved all the attention afterwards, it's such a relief as I have been worrying about it for awhile.
